You can pay off your order with cash or credit/debit card upon receiving your order at one of our physical locations.
Credit/Debit Card on the eShop.
You pay off your order with a credit/debit card. For every order, the buyer must also be the owner of the card used for payment. The use of a credit/debit card for your shopping on
www.shopwood.gr is completely safe, as long as you follow the relevant instructions.
During the payment process you will be asked to provide only the few necessary card information. For your own safety, the data is stored by your bank and is not recorded in our database.
Clients from countries outside the Euro Area may be subject to extra financial burdens due to exchange rates, customs etc., of which the Company is not liable.

Time and place of delivery and shipping charges.
Products that do not exceed the volume of one (1) cubic meter and the weight of five hundred (500) kilos, can be transported by the company’s trucks within the city of Thessaloniki, and delivered curbside between one (1) and three (3) business days from the day the order is admitted, with a charge of €24,80 including VAT 24%.
Products that exceed the volume of one (1) cubic meter and/or the weight of five hundred (500) kilos, to be delivered within the vicinity of Thessaloniki, are transported by commercial vehicles within one (1) and five (5) business days from the day the order is admitted. The cost is defined by the carrier depending on the load and the distance.
For any other destination, in Greece or abroad, the products are transported within one (1) and three (3) business days from the date the order is admitted, to a shipping company of the client’s choice without extra charge, as long as the headquarters or a branch of the shipping company are located in Thessaloniki. The shipping fee is charged by the shipping company to the client.
The client will be notified of the most cost-efficient transportation option one business day after the order has been received by our company.
For the delivery of the order, the signature of the recipient is required. Every product that will be delivered must be checked by you and any reservations logged on the consignment note of the shipping company in case of partial or complete damage, otherwise it is presumed you accepted the order with no reservations regarding the state of the packaging and no subsequent request or complaint in this regard will be entertained. The above deadlines do not apply and the Company has no responsibility in cases of delay and/or inability to deliver which is due to reasons of force majeure (extreme weather phenomena, strikes, etc.), events for which you will be informed accordingly. The delivery of the order may be delayed or even canceled and the Company bears no responsibility in the event that it is impossible to communicate with you by telephone and/or via e-mail (if there is a problem with the order, or in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. the information entered is not correctly entered and/or updated.
Packaging
The customer has the option of choosing, in addition to simple baling (stretch film), packaging with cardboard, nylon bubble wrap, or even export packaging, i.e. full pallet coverage (perimeter and lid with OSB/MDF/chipboard or plywood) at the corresponding cost.

- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- The company reserves the right to modify shipping methods and prices.
- Product deliveries are made curbside.
10. PRODUCT RETURNS
You can return the product you ordered and received within 14 days from the delivery date, as long as it is in excellent condition and retains its original packaging (labels, etc.).
Products made to order or clearly customized for a specific customer's requirements are NOT returnable under any circumstances.
Make your return on time with any transport company you wish to the address: 1.5 km Chortiatis - Agios Vasileios road, 57010 Chortiatis, Thessaloniki. The cost of return with a transport company is borne by the customer.
The company will refund the purchase (not the cost of returning it), by reversing the transaction if the payment was made by credit card or by depositing cash into a bank account that you indicate, within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product and inspect it.
In cases where, due to proven fault of the company, you have received products of unacceptable quality or due to an error in receiving the order, in shipping, damaged, poorly packaged, etc., then the company assumes full responsibility for replacing the defective product with a similar one without defect, the return cost (in which case it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses into a bank account that will be indicated to it), as well as the reshipment costs.
In any case of product return, defective or not, the product must be accompanied by its purchase receipt.
